Is a deposit required to confirm my order?
A non refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The Balance is required prior to shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 4-7 business days, depending on the size of the order. Some orders can take longer than others depending on personalization requests.
When will I receive the mock-up design?
Mock up designs are typically provided within 48 hours
Is local pickup or delivery available?
Local Pickup is available within the HRM. Delivery options are available at an additional cost.
Will I receive a tracking number after my order ships?
Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We advise our customers to please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for mockups, assembly and shipping.
